How do I use it?
  1. Squeeze the desired amount of Julienne Tint into a mixing dish.
  2. Add Julienne Cream Developer at a 1:1 ratio (typically a few drops).
  3. Mix until a smooth, creamy, non-drip consistency is achieved.
  4. Apply the mixture to the brows or lashes using a tinting brush.
  5. Leave on for the recommended development time, then remove gently with a damp cotton
    pad.
