How do I use it?

Step 1: Thoroughly drench your hair with lukewarm water.
Step 2: Pour shampoo into your palm (use more for very long/thick hair). Rub
your palms together to lightly lather the product before applying it to your
head.
Step 3: Apply the shampoo directly to your scalp and roots, this is where the oil and buildup live. Avoid applying it directly to the ends of your hair.
Step 4: Use the pads of your fingertips (never your nails!) to gently massage your entire scalp in small, circular motions for about 60 seconds. Pay extra attention to the back of your head (the nape).
Step 5: Rinse your hair completely with lukewarm water until the water runs clear and you feel no suds. If your hair was particularly dirty or greasy, shampoo a second time, the second lather should be much richer.
