Wrong item, damaged on delivery, or missing parts

Returns and Resolutions Policy

If the wrong item is delivered, your item arrives damaged, or if any parts are missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we have received your report, you may select one of the following resolution options:

  1. Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability)

  2. Credit to your Maskscara online profile for the purchase price

  3. Refund to your original payment method

Please note, a replacement, refund, or credit will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged by you.

  • Damage occurred due to an electrical surge.

  • The product functions as described on our website, but is being used for an unintended purpose.
