How to Use for Maximum Results

Creating beautiful marble designs on your nails with Marble Ink is easier than you might think! Follow these simple steps for flawless, marble-patterned nails.

• Prep Your Nails: Begin by cleaning your nails and pushing back the cuticles.
  
• File your Nails: File and shape your nails to your desired length and shape.
• Apply Base Coat: Apply your favourite Maskscara Base coat and cure it under the LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.
• Apply the Base Color (Optional): If you want a colored base beneath your marble design, apply your desired gel color and cure it under the lamp. You can skip this step if you prefer a transparent base.
• Apply Marble Ink: Choose your preferred colors from our Marble Ink collection. Using a brush or dotting tool, apply the ink onto the nail in a random, irregular pattern. For a more organic marble effect, you don’t need to be precise, let the colors flow!
• Create the Marble Effect: Using a thin nail art brush or a dotting tool and your Maskscara Cleanser, gently swirl the colors together to create a marble effect. You can go for a more natural marble look or experiment with bold swirls and color mixing. If you want a lighter, softer look, use a small amount of ink and cleanser, while a heavier amount creates a more intense marble effect.
• Cure the Design: Once you're happy with the marble design, cure your nails under the LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.
• Apply Top Coat: Seal in your design with a top coat for a shiny, smooth finish. Cure the top coat for 60 seconds under the LED/UV lamp.
• Cleanse and Finish: Once your top coat is cured, cleanse your nails with a nail cleanser or alcohol wipe to remove any sticky residue.

Pro Tip!

To achieve a vibrant effect, first apply a layer of your Maskscara Non-Wipe top coat before creating your marble design. Cure it for 30 seconds, then proceed to apply your marble ink design. Once you're satisfied with the design, cure it again for 30 seconds. Finally, seal everything with a layer of your favorite Non-Wipe Top Coat and perform a full cure.

Experiment with different color combinations to create various marble effects. For a more subtle design, use a lighter touch when swirling the inks. Be patient and allow each layer to fully cure for a long-lasting result.
